Need to repair your Numbering Machine? Here’s how!

  1. Fill out the Web Repair Request form below. (One form per machine. If you have multiple units, please submit a separate request for each)
  2. Check your E-Mail.
  3. Print Repair Authorization Confirmation.
  4. Ship Repair Authorization Confirmation with your machine.
  5. Once available, please email the tracking information to repairs@handheldinkjet.com so we can expedite the process and know when to expect your machine.

Repair Disclaimer

Repair labor is billed at a flat rate of $175. In many cases, it is necessary to perform partial repairs or replace components in order to properly diagnose the issue(s).
Should you decide to decline the repair; a $75 evaluation fee will apply to cover the technician’s time.
Please note: The total cost of the repair, beyond the initial labor charge, cannot be determined until the equipment has been thoroughly assessed.
