Quotations
Quotations valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Clerical errors are subject to correction.
Payment Terms
Credit cards (subject to 3.5% surcharge), checks in advance, ACH, and wire transfers are accepted (wire transfers $1,000 and less will incur a $25 processing fee, wires over $1,000 are free of charge). Net 30 with approved bank and trade references.
Delivery
Every effort will be made to fill orders within the time frame promised. We will assume no responsibility for damages growing out of or owing to any delays due to supply chain issues, material or labor shortages, accidents, fires, transportation delays, or any other factors within or beyond our control.
Claims
Under no circumstances will we be responsible for damages or claims for expense in using our products or services, including any damage caused by us or otherwise to customer supplied parts, products or molds.
Cancellation of Orders
An order already entered with us cannot be canceled without approval from management. Work completed before an approved cancellation will be charged to the customer. Custom orders may not be canceled or changed without written authorization.
Customer Indemnity
By submission of an order, customer expressly represents and warrants that it is authorized by law to use the words, symbols, or art work connected with the order, and agrees to indemnify Automated Marking, Inc. against all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs arising from any unauthorized use.
Warranty
Warranty ensures products are to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Damages due to user error and/or to incorrect use or operation are not covered under warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Please see individual product line warranty for further specifications.
Tech/Phone Support
Each printer includes 30 minutes of phone support. Subsequent support is sold in 30 min increments for $60.
Equipment Installation Pricing
Onsite startup installation at customer location within the 48 contiguous United States: Continental US pricing includes on site set-up, installation, & training – standard: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. $1,800 for the first day. Subsequent days $1200 per day. Travel, Hotel and related expenses are additional. Weekends and holidays are $1800 per day.
Repairs
Technician will send an estimate after the machine has been evaluated. Customers are not obligated for payment until they approve the estimate/repair.
Please take advantage of our offer to print samples on your products. This process lets you make sure that the imprints withstand your tests and quality expectations prior to purchasing. If you elect to forego sampling, printer returns may not be accepted.
