Do you run continuous or high-volume production lines? The NonStopPrinting printer is the premier thermal inkjet (TIJ) solution to print without interruption. This unit is designed to alternate printheads in a 2:1 ratio ensuring that at least 50% of ink remains in one cartridge even when the other becomes empty.
When you can’t afford downtime, this unit prevails as it allows users to replace empties and clean cartridges with zero interruption in throughput. The cartridges print alternately without changing the position of the code which prevents the cartridges from drying out.

This unit has the option to halt printing automatically if a misprint is detected by a connected camera, ensuring error free printing with the second cartridge until the first cartridge can be cleaned and/or replaced.
Simultaneously print essential information while ensuring legibility with this high-resolution unit. Print height up to 12.5mm (≈1/2”). Print alphanumerics, graphics, & barcodes up to 900DPI, at adjustable speeds, and onto porous and non-porous substrates. This unit can receive print triggers from a multitude of host machines and easily connect to your database/ERP to receive required print data.
